I have experience as a Visual Content Designer at Nativo Inc, where I worked on layout and design creation for luxury brands such as Cadillac, Mazda, and Fisher-Price. I administered the design of content hubs using Ceros software, advanced Call to Actions banners (CTA) for Nativo's admin article and analyzed trends in design and art direction. I decided on color schemes, layouts, and overall aesthetics delegated design tasks to employees and developed creative concepts and ideas. I directed projects from start to finish while collaborating with a team of designers and producers.
As a Freelance Graphic Designer, I accomplished creating family-friendly video content for 200 subscribers, ranging from anime discussions to gaming community discussions. I administered the editorial layout for the creation of a lesson plan for the Netflix series "Crip Camp: A Disability Revolution" that would be used in thousands of classrooms. I also advanced to Front-end Web Developer for a cosmetics company known as "Eudov11c" and analyzed designs and created a logo and apparel for the Culinary Staff at Grand Canyon Restaurant.
During my Web & Graphic Designer Internship at Integrated Media Group (IMG), I created websites for a variety of Providence clients, including "Black Anchor Real Estate" and "Flash Capital Banking". I also assisted with UI design layouts and created website wireframes, worked with the senior designer to improve client negotiations, determined project goals and objectives, and developed project timelines and budgets.
As a Resident Assistant at Johnson & Wales University Residential Life, I developed relationships with 200 students, approved room transfers and student personal development, assigned mail distribution, conducted interviews and provided training to 15 new Resident Assistants, created educational programs for 500 students on topics like diversity, sexual harassment, sexual education, and relationship development, decided on administrative duties, and forecasted trends in student body diversity and needs.
Lastly, as a Teen Program Assistant at the Brooklyn Children's Museum, I created educational materials for children and families, assisted in the creation of five Museum exhibits that promote dialogue about race, culture, and community, managed the development of the Brooklyn Children's Museum's teen internship program, which employs a dozen young Brooklyn residents, accelerated the implementation of new exhibit designs, constructed educational displays and signage, and fortified relationships between the Museum and local businesses.
