As a Visual Content Designer at Nativo.inc, I had the exciting opportunity to showcase Mazda's new "Cx-50" automobile in this particular configuration. The focus of Mazda's branding was on the outdoors and camping, which presented a unique challenge in designing content that effectively communicated the vehicle's capabilities and features while also resonating with the target audience.
To meet this challenge, I took Mazda's simple and clean branding and added a green earthy tone to the content. This helped to create a visual connection between the vehicle and the outdoors, which was a key part of Mazda's marketing message. I also carefully selected photographs that highlighted the various capabilities of the vehicle, such as its towing capacity, spacious interior, and advanced safety features.
One of the main objectives of the project was to showcase the Cx-50's versatility as an ideal vehicle for outdoor enthusiasts and camping trips. To achieve this, I designed content that depicted the Cx-50 in a range of outdoor settings, from scenic mountain roads to peaceful lakeside campgrounds. Each photograph was carefully selected and edited to convey the sense of adventure and freedom that comes with owning a Mazda Cx-50.
In addition to showcasing the vehicle's outdoor capabilities, I also focused on highlighting its cutting-edge features and amenities. For example, I designed content that showcased the Cx-50's advanced safety features, such as its lane departure warning system and adaptive cruise control. I also highlighted its spacious interior and comfort features, such as its luxurious leather seats and user-friendly infotainment system.
